Poor book, I didn t enjoy reading it It didn t add much to my knowledge except the non EMF part which I am grateful for The author seem to be in love with alcoholic consumption that he can t abstain from fully, despite the fact it affects T levels This puzzles me because he has abstained from carbohydrates for a year from masturbation also and sleeps with his phone in a different room and takes cold showers year round, so why not alcohol

This is a nice guide for every guy out there who s ready to become a man What I enjoyed the most personally were his 9 habits which he used to improve his T levels and also overall health I myself practice them although not as strict as him I d also advice to read his book Ketone Power first because it is detailed especially on the nutrition part.
