Set mainly on the island of Crete before and during world war II There are parts of the story that just did not ring right with me The storyline was just a little hard to believe for me too It had the potential to be a really good read, but in parts I lost interest and kept expecting The characters got out of sticky situations a little too easily and of all the places the Nazi s and Allie s were located during the war it seems just too hard to believe that they were all sent to Crete It took me [...]
